Opportunity Details
As a Business Admin Apprentice, your duties will include:
-
General Administration: Typing correspondence via email and letter, filing, photocopying, and distributing documents.

Diary Management: Assisting with the litigation team’s court date diary.
-
Legal Support: Assisting solicitors with case progression and, after training, preparing and processing prosecution files.
-
Document Handling: Drafting correspondence and legal documents with attention to detail; managing court documents, statements, and transcripts.

Customer Service: Answering calls professionally, handling enquiries, and liaising with clients to ensure timely delivery of documents and information.
-
Compliance & GDPR: Maintaining internal systems in line with GDPR regulations, ensuring information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.

Post & Data Management: Coordinating incoming/outgoing post, inputting data accurately onto internal systems, and using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Office Support: Welcoming visitors courteously and providing refreshments when required.
As part of your employment, you will complete a structured Apprenticeship Training Programme to support your personal and professional development:

Attend and be punctual for all induction sessions, lessons, and work-based training/support appointments.

Complete all assignments within the required timelines.

Build your portfolio of evidence throughout your apprenticeship.

Access support from your tutor/assessor and manager as required.

A keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
